Our engineering philosophy to buil-up machines for Thermosetting (bicomponent or multicomponent) Resins is based on 4 fundamental principals:

• Volumetric Dosage: double-acting piston pumps, parallel mouvement connecting rods for parallel mouvement, to assure a right and constant ratio Resin/Catalyst , while working.

• Catalyst injection: the smallest possible space where Catalyst flow is injected into Resin flow and mixed togheter, before the Spraying or Pouring Nozzle.

• Static Mixing with laminar flow: perform at the best possible the space/time ratio, to reduce dimensions and weight of the head-gun.

• Environmental Pollution: to research and to developpe alternative solutions for machines using non polluting materials for cleaning and machines for waste recycling.
